If that sounds like you, you might be relieved to learn that there is a way to disable the menu music altogether – and it’s as simple as toggling a switch in the Settings menu. How to turn off menu music on the PS5
The good news is that if you have had enough of the PS5 menu music, it’s really easy to disable it: The PS5’s menu music should now be disabled – note that this will also disable any music that plays when hovering over games on the dashboard, but not menu sound effects. You can disable Sound Effects directly beneath the Home Screen Music toggle in the same menu if you want a completely silent PS5 navigation experience.
